What are the remedies for lack of energy?

ENERGIA

A state of fatigue, general weakness or lack of energy is referred to as asthenia and can lead to a decrease in physical and mental capacity, with concentration difficulties and a greater tendency to fatigue.
This condition can be caused by excessive physical and mental strain, such as prolonged sporting activity or periods of intense work and study, or by factors such as stress, lack of sleep, poor diet, sedentary life, but it can also be a consequence of different pathological disorders.
Especially when prolonged, fatigue can negatively affect the ability to complete even the most common daily activities.

What are the remedies against lack of energy?
Here are a few simple tips to counteract exhaustion:

  • Favour a healthy, balanced diet, ensuring the right content of macronutrients (carbohydrates, fats and proteins), a source of energy, and fruit and vegetables (rich in vitamins and minerals);
  • Avoid fasting: every meal is important to ensure the body has the correct energy levels, so skipping breakfast and snacks during the day is not recommended;
  • Drink at least 1.5 L of water a day: excessive loss of fluids may cause a general feeling of weakness;
  • Sleeping an adequate number of hours (about 7-8 hours a day), but above all improving the quality of sleep allows one to be really rested to face the day. For this reason, it can also be helpful to reduce caffeine and alcohol consumption;
  • Regular sporting activity, especially outdoors, not only improves health and increases the body's energy levels, but also promotes good mood by reducing stress and mental fatigue.

dietary supplement: a natural source of energy
Very often, however, our bodies need an extra boost of energy and in these cases it can be useful to turn to natural remedies, such as dietary supplements. Products formulated with natural ingredients (Royal Jelly) and plant extracts (Eleutherococcus, Rose Hip) promote a tonic-adaptogenic, supportive and restorative action. In addition, the presence of B vitamins (Vit. B2, B1, B6) may further contribute to the body's normal energy metabolism and the reduction of fatigue and psychophysical fatigue
