Responsibility

Cristalfarma firmly believes that the creation of value, determined by the satisfaction of the needs of the scientific community and patients, can only be achieved through due consideration of ethical and behavioral principles and values that are manifested through respect

of the interests of all categories of subjects who for various reasons enter into relations with Cristalfarma (employees and collaborators, customers and suppliers, business partners, etc.),
of current laws and regulations, local and community
of the principles of ethics and fairness towards all stakeholders.

In the spring of 2006 Cristalfarma adopted the model of organization, management and control required by Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, under which a supervisory body (odv@cristalfarma.com) was established to ensure the proper functioning of the model, and the Code of Conduct was disseminated and adopted, which establishes the ethical principles and behavior of all those who work within Cristalfarma.

Cristalfarma has also adopted the Code of Ethics of Farmindustria.
